This week we will be looking at Celebration – how and why it is important to celebrate and trying to pull together the shared experiences of this year. Indeed, there is lots to celebrate, in particular the way that you have all embraced the year, particularly over these tricky last few months, where school life has felt very different. I hope that you are enjoying your ongoing project on the three countries. This week we have a short, associated text – Storm Chasers – which is on Oxford Owl (Log in in using the CLASS LOGIN with username NCS-4 and Password NCSP4) then search for the book in the bookshelf. The investigation on weather is an ongoing task for the week ahead. Far be it from me to hope that the weather is more variable, but it would make the task more interesting. There are also maths links to our topic : money, time zones and direction. Continue to work hard and keep posting your work on Seesaw. I love seeing it. Mrs Matthews. |
